Well, the hour of truth for my Taijutsu prowess has come.

As Naruto creates his Rasengan, Senshō executes his own attack. In his current position, left elbow in his opponents face, Senshō's right hand is pointed right at his opponents neck.~
As you might remember, Senshō started out with his arms crossed and his upper body twisted in an angle so that his elbow was pointed towards Naruto. Senshō went directly from that to the elbow-smash. Following that, Senshō's right hand would be pointing towards Naruto's body.
~With his opponent being unable to see due to having a thick elbow smashed into his face, the Raikage extends his right index finger towards his opponent, loads it with lightning chakra and punches forwards. In the blink of an eye, a thin blade of lightning suddenly finds itself pierced through the base of Naruto's neck, passing through the trachea and the spine. The attack would be over in a flash, with no warning-signs to herald its approach. Naruto's vision would be blocked by an elbow and his concentration would be focused on the very complicated Rasengan. Even with a warning, the attack would be almost impossible to block. At his best, the Raikage moves with extreme speed and the Ippon Nukite is able to precede the actual attack, reaching more than a hand length forwards. Not only that, but due to his position and proximity Senshō would hardly have to move his hand to hit Naruto with the Ippon Nukite.
Naruto's Rasengan would most likely scrape against Senshō's Lightning Armor, but due to the aforementioned circumstances and the defensive properties of the Armor, the attack would hardly do any damage, especially considering that it took a 'Wind Style: Rasenshuriken' at point-blank range to deactivate the armor.

The entire exchange would last the blink of an eye.
With a sizzling sound, Senshō immediately disappears in a blur, drawing his Ippon up the length of Naruto's head with the motion, splitting it in half. Making a bee-line for Onoki, the giant man forms a single hands seal of his own, letting the chirping of a Thousand Birds fill his ears as electricity gathers in his right hand.
At this time, Onoki should already have sent his Chidori towards the Heavens and, gritting his teeth, the Raikage mimics the action, sending a screaming surge of electricty into the Heavens where it battles Onoki's. With his superhuman speed, the Raikage would appear before aging Tsuchikage within a moment, a hulking mass of death and destruction, blurring into existence in mid-air with a right arm already pulled back in preparation for a punch. The timing would fit perfectly with the Kirin, and the vicious haymaker aimed at Onoki's face would be accompanied by the roar of the Lightning God himself, as a surge of lightning explodes between the two remaining combatants, killing one and seriously injuring the other.
I'm actually mulling over what would happen in this situation. If your 'original' Kirin continues and is still aimed at Senshō, then this scenario would hold, same deal if my Kirin 'wins'. If, somehow, the both of us create a Kirin of our own, we simply double the destructive power of the attack (and we both die). If the Chidoris cancel each other out, then all that's left is a vicious haymaker.
