shippuden. He is known all over the World for his mongekyo sharingan(a special eye of a special family uchiha). He is known as copy ninja to copy over thousands of jutsus.
S/t Techniques
Kakashi is also able to use a space time technique kamui that can transport objects. He can take this advantage fighting Sasuke.
Mongekyo Sharingan
Kakashi also has a mongekyo Sharingan. He can easily see how fast sasuke is moving.
Natures
As he has copied over thousands of jutsus, he has mastered five natures, fire, lightning, wind, earth and water. He can use all these as an advantage against Sasuke.
Lightning Master
Kakashi has mastered lightning nature of which, he uses an S-Rank Technique Raikiri and an A-RAnk technique Chidori.
Fire Release
Kakashi is also very good in fire release and uses uchiha's special fireball technique.
Water Release
Kakashi is also a master in water. He can use siz water techniques:

Hiding in a mist technique
Water Clone Technique
Water Release: Great Waterfall Technique
Water Release: Water Dragon Bullet Technique

Earth Release
Kakashi has also been a good in earth release. he copied earth techniques from earth users from all over the world. He has been shown using following earth techniques:

Wind Release
Kakashi also uses an A-Rank wind release technique rasengan which is in the same way as chidori.
Taijutsu
kakashi has proven to be very adept in taijutsu, which, combined with his impressive speed, allows him to effectively catch his opponents off guard and evade attacks. His hand seal prowess has also been noted as very great, as he is able to use high-level techniques with few hand seals and perform them at highly difficult speeds to follow.
Eight gates
Kakashi had also unlocked the first two of the eight gates so he can also use the in his battle with sasuke.

Speed
Kakashi has been on the 9/10th level of speed. He was as fast as couldn't even be approched by sasuke. He was shown many times greater than Sasuke.

Kakashi also uses some genjutsus but they won't stand a chance against Sasuke.

Sasuke's Abilities
Sasuke has very less jutsus as compared to Kakashi.
Amaterasu
Amaterasu is a special ability and highest level of fire release used by Uchiha. Sasuke can use this technique on kakashi but he would use his s/t kamui to blow it away or at least dodge it.
Tsukuyomi
Kakashi has once expirienced tsukuyomi and won't look into sasuke's eye.
Susanoo
Susanoo is the only thing that would help sasuke in his battle with kakashi.
But Kakashi has thousands of jutsus and use them like danzo put a crack on susanoo.
Fire Release
Kakashi will easily dodge Sasuke's Fire release techniques.
Kirin
Kakashi will use his kamui to defend from kirin.
Chidori
Kakashi has a better tech raikiri in the same way.

One think kakashi doesn't know wind I believe. And also rasengan isn't a wind tech. Its just simple chakra manipulation. Hints the rasenshuriken attack. Which is adding wind affinity to rasengan.

You're wrong on both counts, Rasengan (Sprial sphere jutsu) is a ball of pure condensed chakra. it is not a wind element jutsu. Rasenshuriken is, but not rasengan. Also, you're situationally correct with the second point. in a fight, that logic is right. but we're talking about speed here. there are no variables of jutsu types, taijutsu skills, anything like that, it's pure speed. so in this case, if A person can beat B person, and B person can beat C person, it kind of does mean that A can beat C

rasengon is not a wind jutsu i like kakashi but he cant beat sauskue he cant use kamui as much as you think tobi is plot all sauske has to do is spam amateasu and kirin till hes out of chakara and even thought sauske has less abilties than kakashi he has a better mastery of MS

good on you mate - we are seeing now, how much Kakashi is capable of, he has really been fighting for so long now - and he doesnt look about to stop soon. His Kamui is really on a diffrent level to when he fought Sasuke after the Danzou encounter - his Kamui was put at such precise timing really - Kakashi takes this.

I'm fairly sure when He Kamuied naruto's shadow clone he fell on his face with blood pouring out of his eye... i mean i love Kakashi but 3 or 4 kamui's wont be able to keep up with sasukes arrows no matter how much i hate to say it. and lets say it does, well then what? now kakashi has good chakra pool,even after fighting with 7 swordsmen
and not tobi and 3 times kamui
and still have enough chakra(thats plot or not but thats manga facts)
we knw sasuke and kakashi both have 1 shot kill jutus
sasuke has amaratsu
and kakashi has kamui
amaratsu can be dodge as we see raikage(but i think kakashi cant do it,may be at very long range)(but sasuke is not that stupid i think)
kamui is in instant of time,u cant dodge it,so kakashi has this upper hand

i am not saying that only kakashi can win,i knw facts and things,i just said that kakashi have chances to beat that sasuke

Sasuke has better skill with EMS. that Kakashi has with is MS, if the target is fast moving, then Kamui wont work unless its right in front of him, (such as the susanoo arrow was in fron of him) notice kakashi has only used it against enemies that were still in his vision (Gedo Mazo head, Diedara was still while flying on his bird, and when he self destructed, susanoo arrow was right in kakashi face.) if its something that is constantly moving, kamui wont work. Susanoo will be a problem, going underground wont work cuz sasuke will see his chakra flow, and sasuke is equal if not faster than kakashi. As for taijutsu, sasuke has always been good at taijutsu, he has two EMS so he can read kakashi's movements better than kakashi can read his, as for raikiri, sasuke has master his lightning so well that he can change its form, kakashi cant, also, amaterasu, he can change its form as well, so if kakashi gets to close, sasuke can instantly burn him like he did raikage, honestly, if sasuke can keep up with raikage speed and power, kakashi should be easier for him to handle. especially since kakashi will wear out before sasuke. Genjutsu, sasuke's is obviously better. I agree kakashi has a more variable skill set than sasuke. But it will take more than knowing earth, and water. Kakashi was never shown to use fire or wind, so we dont even know what kinds of techniques he uses. Rasengan is not WIND, Rasenshuriken is, that why naruto went through the training/
