[Photoshop] Something wrong with my PS?

Something's wrong with it? I just click something accidentally and then it contract or I get a feeling like this I mean the layer windows should not be like that, how do I get back to default?

Hmm try right clicking on the layers tab and see what that does.

?? I mean between the pic border and layer tab border. There shouldn't be no space?

CS4 right?Click that drop down spuare shaped button above, I think the one close to the "100%" then select float in windows I think, I only used CS4 for two weeksis that what you want?

I have used all CS and they seem all normal to me...Just that the tabs on the left are minimised, that's all.
