by the way,why did Tobi not simply teleport out of the battle front when naruto launched the bijuu dama?I remember the yondaime in his battle against Tobi acknowledged the fact that Tobi had a teleportation technique which was even better than his...;

Tobi needs to be solid when he uses his teleportation jutsu. It has been said many times. If he solidifies when a bijuu dama is about to hit him then Naruto manga will have an early cut off.

For all of you claiming tobi = obito, i don't think u have read "manga 597 - Secret of space-time ninjutsu".
As it has not been uploaded on base. I've read it, and in there kakashi asks tobi where he found that right eye(to confirm that it's obito's eye).
Tobi clearly states that "It was during the past world war, the fight at Kanabi bridge".
And we all know that Tobi likes to collect sharingans. So basically, Tobi found obito's body and recovered that right eye of his which may not have been damaged by the crushing rock.
Oh and btw, there are lot of people here claiming that tobi only has right eye(sharingan), well please got to Tobi vs konan chapter to confirm that Tobi uses sharingan in both eyes.
Tobi (most probably) may be an uchiha, but he is for sure not obito.

Then Mr Professor a.k.a Mr Know-it-All would you mind explaining the comment Tobi made to Kakashi stating " I'm not afraid of some BORROWED power that you can only use a few times" and "I'll show you the power of the REAL Kamui"? Call me crazy but for someone to make a comment like that would mean he's the original owner which would in return mean he's Obito! And for him not to be Obito would mean he's on BORROWED powers just like Kakashi.....so it would make NO SEnSE for him to even make a comment like that in the first place

I believe the first guy behind the mask that fought Minato was Madara, and after he died his student (Obito) took upon himself to finish what Madara started. It's called suspense, Kishi is making it seem like it's Obito right now only to have a huge twist/unveiling later on. Although when he did activate his MS I was shocked, but that doesn't mean it's absolutely Obito, seeing as Kakashi has MS also. No need to get all worked up because someone has a different theory or opinion than you
