Mr. Popo is a small man, reaching up to 4,11 and 5,1. He has golden earings on both of his ears and a strap like hat that is covering his whole forehead. He also has a blue gem like figure on his head. He has golden arm bracelet utop of his both arms. He then wears a red cloth, around his waist and white baggy pans with red shoes. He then wears a red vest with yellow trims on them. One strange features of Popo is that his skin is black and his lips are bright red. He also has a strange round eye that usually scares people when he looks straight at him, which noone has dared doing.

Mr. Popo is a mysterious person, not knowing which he is evil or good, despite having him kick a person out of a building for asking a question. He also was mean to people who visit his companion, Kami due to his knowledge of things. He also liked calling people "Maggots' instead or ******s. He also liked to fold his arms and smile while watching fights. He was also scary with his eyes, giving people nightmares. He also had a scary laugh. All in All, Mr. Popo was a scary,crazy shinobi.

History

Mr. Popo was born in a stormy, thundery night in Kumogakure. His mom freaked out about his baby with black skin, red lips, and round scary eyes. His parents was so disgusted by Popo so he was sent away in a box with airholes. He was then discovered by two villagers of Konoha and took care of Popo, taking his sadness away. As he was two, his foster parents saved popo from evil bandits that tried to steal things from them, laying their lives down for Popo. He then cried and cried, became bitter to the world but he still kept his happy moments with his foster parents, which took away half his bitterness.
