Given the fact that two people have dropped out of the Tournament, and that we're still in the first round. The applications will be open untill somebody can replace them. However, as there's only one day back before the 2nd rounds start, those who makes an application now, will start in the loser's bracket. Instead of those who dropped out.

Tournament Requirements

The requirements are pretty simply, all you need is;

-One needs to be at least Sannin Rank
-One must have mastered the basic five elements, being Fire, Water, Earth, Lightning and Wind.
-One must have mastered Ninjutsu, Genjutsu and Taijutsu.
