I channel chakra into the sky forming snow clouds, which within seconds start to snow;

(Hyouton no Jutsu) Ice Release Technique

Description: The user can use this jutsu to make it begin to snow down on the terrain, or, much like the “Earth Style Technique” the user can make small pillars or shields of pre-existing ice or make it materialize (if from Haku's Clan). If this is used to make snow, then after 3 to 4 turns most of the terrain will be covered.

Description: The Kage Bunshin distributes the ninja's chakra evenly among the clones and creates a real copy with form and substance. Upon impact, the clone can be dispersed.

Ok this jutsu basiclly uses wind to pick the snow up and become a raging blizzard you'll try this as a combined effort for an hour then you'll try it your self. This jutsu is good for blocking sight and hearing beat used agaisnt sound users so you can't hear their jutsu however never use it around an inuzuka. I also recommend you use a senseing jutsu ahead of time.

Ok now focus your wind chakra into one direction and have it blow faster and faster un till the wind current stays and continues by itself your using your wind chakra to blow the snow. Remeber the wind has to be very fast to work. Try with your clones then by your self

Got it! I inhale large amount of air, and then add sharp wind chakra in the lungs concentrating huge amount of chakra and blending it together with the air, and then aiming for the snow on the ground I release all the wind with pressure which causes immense speed gathering all the snow and making a Blizzard.

Ahh.. After failing to canvas his skill over ice once, Blizzard gives it another shot. He deeply inhales the air around him until his lungs are full. After that he shuts his mouth not letting the inhaled air escape. Then he channels his chakra throughout his chakra system changing the nature to wind. Then he directs all his chakra to the center of his chest in the two lungs. And once all the chakra is gathered is concentrates harder and harder making it sharp and full of pressure. After aiming for mid-air and seeing the snow falling down, he exahles all the air in a large pressure wind which is extremely fast due to the developed pressure. The wind catches all the snow while heading and spaning outwards. the gathered snow adds to the high speed wind and creates a Blizzard.

note: niether the user nor the enemy can see hear or fell where they are in the strom
note: dojutsu can see threw the jutsu easy
note: can only be used once.
note: lasts 4 turns
note: after 2 turns both the user and the enemey will become numb ( but will not affect anything other then feeling )
note: can only be used bgy haku yuki

Aim for an opponent, run towards him and when close, jump in the air and channel large amount of water in your feet creating a giant water feet. And stomp it down on the opponent.
