      Drawing To Digital?

      Before someone says wrong section i didnt know where to post a question so please forgive me.

      On Topic: How would you make a drawing look like a digital picture? ie:http://media.photobucket.com/image/r...aShippuden.png
      if someone drew this how would they get it to look like this?
      Please explain how if you know. Thanks!:D

      They use programs probably like Sai and use a special drawing pad ( Forgot the name ) to draw on.
      They are usually cheap enough, and easier to use than a mouse :D

      Example




      But if you mean, how do you get a drawing out of a picture and render it, ask someone else :P

      Yes, Exactly what Skarm said, The cheapest I've seen them go for in stores, is 80 bucks. But if you want a really nice one prolly 150-200$. Im going to get one in a few weeks actually. Best Buy is where they are at, atleast near me.
