Ill admit, I was a die hard Izuna fan...

But now its clear that I was wrong and its Obito.

We all know Madara survived the battle, so WTF DO U THINK HE DID AFTER? SIT AROUND?

Somehow he found Obito and somehow trained him amazing things. MADARA WAS TOBI when he fought Minato because he was the only one to be able to control the Kurama. After, dying slowly, he entrusted Obito to take on Tobi and bring him back one day with the Rinnegan....

obito isnt tobi how can the fourth fight obito and obito be a grown man while kakashi on the other hand which is the same age as obito was a kid during the battle makes no ****ing sence does it

This chapter showed how much Obitio was like Naruto. He had hopes for being hokage, loved a girl who loved his rival and put his friends first. Hes like the naruto who gave up hope and lost faith in the world he knew. The next chapter probably gonna be about what or who led obitio down the path which turned him into the tobi we know. Or kishi gonna troll us with some oh no he just looks like obito kinda crap

We've seen the man behind the mask, that man is indeed Obito. Or is it?

My guess, and I stress that it's just a GUESS (so don't flame me), is that this man, who remains unknown, is using Obito's body as a host (much like Orochimaru's been doing all these years with his own jutsu he created).

It would explain all the incoherences, all the plotholes, all the continuity errors and what not.

Let's see:

Tobi's been using another type of Sharingan, one from Shisui's family. Remember, he used it to manipulate the mizukage (as in the scene with Kisame).

Tobi was very much an adult when Obito was still a kid (Attack of the nine tails/fight with Minato).

So here we are with Obito behind the mask.

The mooneye plan was Madara's plan all along. We all know Tobi isn't Madara. What we don't know is when Madara died.

We only know that Madara stole some of Hashirama's DNA and disappeared. So my guess is that Tobi used to be an associate of Madara's. He betrayed him, killed him (Yes someone had to kill Madara, since he was resurrected by Edo Tensei). Tobi then used Madara's rep to make a name for himself and used all of Madara's accomplishments (Madara must have created Zetsu, and maybe was stille alive to manipulate the mizukage himself).

After that, Tobi's been using dead Uchiha's bodies to use sharingan without consequences on his non uchiha's body (Like Kakashi). Besides, we know he's been storing sharingans (Scene with the sharingans wall).

That guy is defnitely not an Uchiha and is defnitely using corpses and eyes that do not belong to him. His knowledge comes from Madara, that's why he panicked when Kabuto showed him he had Madara in his Edo Tensei collection. He even forced him to show him how to cancel it.

TOBI DOES NOT WANT TO CROSS PATHS WITH MADARA.

I can't prove any of this, but it does make sense, and I'll add that Madara was resurrected by Edo Tensei as a young man. Which means he died in this shape. So he didn't die too long after his legendary fight.

Lastly, we've seen with Orochimaru that he keeps his host's memories and thoughts. Tobi must be using a similar jutsu that connects wth Obito's memories. Which is why he resents Gai and Kakashi. If he really was Obito, then why didn't he do anything to save/resurrect Rin?

Think about it, this is indeed Obito behind the mask. Well... This is Obito's body. That's all we know for now.

madara was yes killed by someone ? but who.?
yes its obvious that he must be powerfull enough to beat (madara with rinnegun) and also got hold of his rinnegun ...( as he said konan that he was the 1 who gave rinnegun to nagato)
so the only precise guess goes to elder son of SO6P....
yep he is the one.. he was using some kind of jutsu like orochimaru to transfer in someone's body specialy Uchiha having a best sharingun. thats how he surived till today...
he is making sasuke stronger be cause he want to take control of his body ... remember he said to naruto that he will force sasuke to fight him and revive the past as elder vs younger, madara vs hashirama, and now sasuke vs naruto...
one thing more about edo madara when he resurctd, said that something is not going according to plan and mensioned someone unkonwn....
and also when nagato used rinne rebirth for leaf village than in responce tobi said that this jutsu should have used for my sake....
so from all this and what chris said its obivious that tobi is not obito.... but elder son of SO6P using obito body enhanced with hashirama's cells, could be precise guess.

makes more sense now to think why when sasuke first met Tobi/Obito his face looked like that of an old man. it also makes sense why when he fought with the fourth his arm seemed made from the white zetsu substance. everything falls into place now, somehow Obito was found by Madara and was regiven his smashed arm and face using the white zetsu. we also understand why he wants his moon eye plan to succeed, because he couldnt be with Rin and from what we know she died too.

waited a long time to make my first post but this theory makes the most sense out of all of them. if naruto could become the way he is in 3 years why cant obito ESPECIALLY if your trained by madara.:shrug:

Seriously, if Obito really is Tobi, mind and all, only one thing could make it worse. The reason why he got so powerful in a year's ****ing time. I suspect that reason is going to be that he locked himself in his alternate dimension for a long period of time, and trained by himself there to get stronger. Kind of like DBZ and the thing Vegeta and Trunks and people trained in that made time go by slow. I think that would be the stupidest reasoning ever as to why Obito could get so strong in a year, but I don't see any other way it is possible.

Madara did not ****ing train Obito, so that is out. Madara was not alive 17-16 years ago, he just wasn't, everyone get over it. Madara didn't train Obito. Obito probably trained by himself, in his stupid alternate dimension. It was even said that time doesn't exist in that dimension, if I remember correctly. So in theory he could just stay in there however long he wants and train. This also would explain why his body looked much older during the Kyuubi attack than Kakashi or Guy's...since his body would still age even if he trained in his Kamui world.

I really hope this is not why Obito could get so strong in such a short amount of time, it would be such a ****ing lame reason if it is.

Hahahahaha, I can't believe it finally happened, many of us have known for quite some time, and we got a lot of flack for it, maybe those who were so Vehemently against obito being tobi. To read forum after forum of people pulling out all these crazy theories just in the denial that tobi would be obito. Oh man I can't stop laughing. I can see why people would want a new character introduced, but in all honesty I think it makes a better story for it to be tobi, hopefully you'll all see why in a couple of weeks.

P.s would any of those tobi=obito haters like to come out and apologize now? I see some are still sticking to tobi isn't obito and that he's two people or something, but really? Come on...

it does make sense obito never saw the full power of ftg and as you can see from the fight he had an idea of how strong he was but didnt know how smart he was also obito was always cocky about him being an elite uchiha so with his ms tech mastered he thought he could take him on. and thats my take on it what you think?

Yes, Obito is cocky about his abilities, however it would be very absurd to presume that he doesn't know how his former sensei fights, given that the 4 of those worked together for many missions. At the same time, Obito can quickly master MS under the tutelage of a good sensei (presumably Madara) and can try to fight Minato. Also, he was trying to capture Minato with chains That's pretty absurd too. Anyway, all I care about is how Kishi would connect the dots. I am satisfied if Kishi could come with an amazing story and flashback

Keeping that aside, Oro has been saying he wants an Uchiha body since the big bang :P Why couldn't he get a nice body after the whole Uchiha massacre? I mean, he even got his hands on 1st and 2nd Hokage's DNA, can't he get access to one Uchiha body? He even worked with Danzo even after he left Konoha.

Also, I always wondered why there wasn't even 1 Uchiha edo corpse resurrected in the 4th Ninja War. Same for Uzumaki clan too (apart from Nagato). I feel it very absurd, because we even saw new characters (even from 1st Kages' times like Kin-Gin bros) resurrected in the war.
