[Theory] I believe there could be two masked men.

the fight with masked man vs minato was shown already in the manga.

I believe the masked man with the long hair is a different person to Obito.

There are too many plot holes with the whole age thing of obito during the 9 tails attack.. come on he was kakashi's age and he couldnt do a move in a chuunin exam never mine blow up konoha.

I believe the masked man will immerge in again in the manga, I think OROCHIMARU will be bringing sasuke to see the Masked Man. . .

This really means that the masked man during the old kyubii attack can only possibly be Izuna or Kagami..

In order to help with this theory i would post the question as to why The masked man changed his mask after the 9 tails attack. . .

What is the difference between his old mask and the one which Konan destroyed. . .

Also, who are obito's parents? who were shinsui's also?

But you could argue the whole in masked man's mask is the same side as tobis..

Well, I agree with the statement that there might be two masked men.
One with long hair, and then Obito - And somewhere along the road, the "tourch" was passed on to Obito

But the one fighting Minato is Obito. And the age isn't a problem.
In the flashback where we see Kakashi, Gai and the others getting ready for the battle against Kurama and the masked man (although they aren't allowed to participate), they had grown since Obitos "death". And there is no problem for them to be the same height as an adult.

I simply think that Obito have
1. Learned alot of stuff from a tutor during the time (Madara, or Zetsu with madaras knowledge perhaps)
2. Gotten some knowladge/memories from Madara, through dna or chackra

In any way, we've seen that some of his body parts have been replaced with Zetsu parts (His arm "melting" away), or in some other way been altered to have a similar ability
