[Theory] Bear this in mind

Everyone who's throwing tantrums about the latest manga that Tobi is obito bear this in mind:

1) There is a very very high possibility That Tobi is just some haxed/special Zetsu hat took over his body. And in the event his body grew because of the hashirama cells.

This Scan shows him replacing his makeup with White-zetsu stuff:



2) The Flash back in today chapter Proved absolute no reason for Obito to want to take over the world with Mugen Tsukyomi

3) If Madara knows Tobi according to kishimoto in a legit Interview..then there's still the high possiblity of him being controlled by Izuna/some other Uchiha based source.

4) Obito was already a grown man when The Fox attacked the village.

5) Obito had no way of giving nagato the rinnengan. Time/age conflict.

All this concludes that Obito shown in the Manga today..is not really obito.

I'm thinking maybe it's danzo who controlled Obito. All right just here me out... Danzo had a yamanaka as his right hand man(Fuu). He also had KA(Shisui's genjutsu that can control you without you even knowing), in addition he had the motive. He was an extremist and was willing to do anything for peace even hypnotize people. I know you're thinking then why would he kill danzo...that's because he doesen't know he's being controlled by danzo so he kills him to further his goals. I also have a theory as to the white stuff that came out of his arm. Danzo might have used some of Hashi's cells to revive obito after the cave in OR he could have created white zetsu with orochimaru. It was said that they worked together sometimes. Maybe they created zetsu THEN used him to revive obito.

In any case, I'm pretty sure Kishimoto has AT the least an edible explanation. I mean, this is the climax of the story (or this sub plot) so far so he's gonna have to make it a good one.

What you see in the upper picture is where he just reattached his arm, or a new arm. He lost it in his fight with Danzos bodyguards. Not sure about the makeup part. However, being able to take a new arm, and it's apparently like the zetsu arms, does give some credit to that theory. Also it is the arm that obito had crushed, so it would obviously not be normal body any longer, so a zetsu take-over could be possible.

After having seen Tobi's face today I finally noticed the small marks on the left part of his face in the picture above (where he "repairs" his arm)... didn't catch that before :D

Do you honestly think that the Obito we saw in the last page means that Tobi is actually Obito himself? We've already seen cases of people having their bodies taken over and whatnot. If you think Tobi is Obito just because of the last page of the latest chapter then you're stupid. It's obvious that Kishi's going to delve into this in the chapters to come and that there is an explanation behind it.

Exactly, like the uchiha massacre being to protect konoha, oro coming back to life, the tailed beasts are actually "nice" beasts with names, shisuis eye in a crow in naruto making itachi defeat kabuto now, none saw that coming. Kishi reads our theories, he will come up with something nobody predicted (if that's possible, lol). If Obito is part of it, fine by me, but we'll have to see.
