Huge plot hole regarding kisame/Madara

So debating in another threat I think I just realised a huge plot hole...

First I will state that Kisame saw Tobis face, while he stands behind Yagura when Nauro was about 5 years old.

Madara steps out of the dark and shows Kisame his real identity, however, there is no way he could prove to Kisame that he is Madara. Well there is one way - by showing his EMS in front of him. However, the only EMS at this time was given to Nagato long ago - as rinnengan.

And remember this was then about 3 years before the Uchiha Massacre, so there would be plenty of uchiha shinobis alive?
At this page we see that Kisame don't actually believe it is Madara, and that he wants him to step out of the dark:

But here he knows instantly that it is Madara:

So whatever Madara did after stepping out of the dark should have proven it. Still I can't see any way, in case tobi is obito, that he could actually prove to kisame at this time that he is madara? Even if it was any other uchiha he couldn't prove that he is Madara.

Not just Kisame but you do realize theres alot of many other people who were pretty close to Tobi/Obito/Madara and they couldnt tell whether if it was Obito or Madara or Tobi..... Kisame, Itachi, Minato even thought Tobi was Madara and didnt realize he was Obito, Minato got trolled the worse, how do you not know your own student? and even the Kyuubi thought he recognized Obito......

Bingo. At the time, Uchiha Madara was the only person known to have possessed the EMS. I doubt that they had pictures of it sitting around for people to look at just in case considering they believed he'd been dead for decades.

Most likely, the fact that he was controlling Yagura, who was a 'perfect' Jinchuuriki, like a puppet was more than enough proof.

wasn't Tobi/Obito the one who also used a genjutsu to control Konan in order to learn the location of Nagato's body? sure, it could had been a different genjutsu or the same genjutsu used by two different people or aliens or sth else, but still an explanation of who-is-who and who did what and when is much awaited for!
