i think the ending gunna be that naruto gets captured by the akatsuki, the extraction of the kyuubi goes wrong, naruto uses itachis power that he gave him to take the remainder of them.
sasuke and hawk will attack konoha. naruto kicks sasukes teme ass (knocking some sense into him finally , but is badly hurt. kyuubi tries to escape and does. naruto fights the kyuubi and wins but dies in the process. his friends mourn.

In the end he falls in a trap and breaks his neck. (kinda stupid :D )
