how did sasuke defeat it .. and people said itachi was invincible vause he had susanno and the mirror thing which was considered the perfect offense and defense. so How did sasuke defeat that/?

he didnt... when Itachi used Susanoo Sasuke released Orochimaru and his snake tech... Itachi killed/sealed Oro and then he transferred his techs to Sasuke, he basically gave up he wasnt defetead, cause he never wanted to kill Sasuke... Originally Posted by *Black*

Itachi could've easily defeated Sasuke, he was keeping himself alive with loads of medicines just to be able to stand as a goal for Sasuke, give him the Mangekyou Sharingan and remove his cursed seal.. It was all out of love.
Imagine if Sasuke hadn't been so stubborn as to be "better than Itachi" and killed Naruto in the valley of the end.. He'd have EMS now.
So the answer to your question is; As Param said, he only used Susano in order to seal away Oro and remove the cursed seal, subsequently giving in to disease right after having transfered his eyetechs.
