Everybody is talkin bout itachis susanno so im wondering how did sasuke get by all this .. i forgto how he did....how did he if you dont mind me asking?

Sasuke dont have susanoo -.- at least in the manga they havnt showed it,

And itachi got Amaterasu B/c when he fought itachi, itachi poked him and from there he transmited his powers.

he didnt... when Itachi used Susanoo Sasuke released Orochimaru and his snake tech... Itachi killed/sealed Oro and then he transferred his techs to Sasuke, he basically gave up he wasnt defetead, cause he never wanted to kill Sasuke...

Itachi could've easily defeated Sasuke, he was keeping himself alive with loads of medicines just to be able to stand as a goal for Sasuke, give him the Mangekyou Sharingan and remove his cursed seal.. It was all out of love.

Imagine if Sasuke hadn't been so stubborn as to be "better than Itachi" and killed Naruto in the valley of the end.. He'd have EMS now.

So the answer to your question is; As Param said, he only used Susano in order to seal away Oro and remove the cursed seal, subsequently giving in to disease right after having transfered his eyetechs.

Supposedly When U Use Susanno It Eats Away At You But Blocks Any Attack Itachi Could Of Killed Sasuke If He Wanted Too
