Ok, now perform the Dragon → Tiger hamdseals, you will then summon a large amount of water. You will then use your water chakra and shape manipulation, to transform this water into a dragon with a gaping mouth attack. The water will stay where you summoned it until you choose to attack

Simple technique. Focus your suiton chakra into your mouth. After you have done this, i then want you to use shape manipulation to change the shape of the chakra into a water bullet. I then want you to release the bullet, soaking that tree

Very simple but useful technique. I want you to focus your sution chakra, then perform the tiger handseal . After you have done those two steps i want you to stop your foot on the ground, but not too hard allowing water to rise up and travel towards your opponent.
