I think so, Aizen admitted inferiority to Yammamoto but it has been hinted at that the old man and Buckbeard are on the same level, so Buckbeard wins. Aizen is immortal though so I don't know how he would finish him off but Buckbeard is stronger IMO.

Aizen will reveal his shikai and Buckbeard will be like whatever and cut him in half. But then Aizen will be like just kidding it was an illusion and cut buckbeard to peices and then he will be like my zampokto has complete hypnosis and when you saw my sword release I got you in my illusion and that is what you were fighting and buckbeard will be like damn it all to hell!

we only know that he defeated 3rd Espada Tier Harribel with no problem and that he defeated Kenpachi with no problem as well, so i still dunno how he would go against Aizen

Aizen was not even close to Yama in power so he would get owned by juha. The only way he would win is by using his Shikai and full hypnosis.

Honestly, with all the hype Buckbeard has received, including the fact that Yamamoto apparently failed to kill him 1000 years ago and how easily he took over Hueco Mundo and defeated Harribel and Kenpachi, I'd like to think Buckbeard should be on par with Yamamoto, if not then at least very close in power to him. I.e. Aizen loses without Kyoka Suigetsu. I can't wait for next week's chapter T_T

i agree with you but just about the failing to kill him thing mayuri said it in an accustitve way making me think that maybe by failed to kill he meant "you had him defeated and let him go" sorry its just been bugging me for a while

yeah if he wasnt before then he is now, in fact i think there might be a chance that by now hes above him as i dont see him attacking again if he wasnt sure he could win
