1. Naruto can weave handsigns unlike Killer B so I don't see how that's a problem? Also he can make KCM clones so I don't get what's the big deal.... Another thing is the only reason it was advised that he shouldn't make clones while using the Kyuubi's chakra was because if he did the Kyuubi would would take all of his thus resulting in his death.

2. From what I can recall he's only used it like 5 times plus Tobi's sharingan doesn't go blind either so maybe his ability doesn't have a drawback.
