Nah... I think it's just really Obito.
It was strange how the identity was revealed in the title though... not something Kishimoto would do.
Think back to when Edo Madara was revealed, Kishimoto never spoiled in the title.
We just need to keep reading.

Hmm, did Tobi think it so far ahead? Now he makes them think that he's Obito that Kakashi, Gai and Naruto would hesitate to fight. Chapter 600 brings the biggest twist we've ever seen in Naruto!

this is where Naruto wakes up from a coma. Turns out he fell the Kage mountain when he was painting it way back when and thats the end of manga =P
No but really i hope its not the real Obito but just a look-alike/being controlled =/ I mean the end of the chapter just says His name is Obito not something like. Identity Revealed Tobi Is Obito. until it flat out says its Obito from back then (as in not being controlled or anything and that he just went straight up crazy and powerful out of no where) i still have some hope for this manga =/
