Look at the first half; it shows their growth side-by-side, and it seems like SM Naruto >= Hebi Sasuke, KM Naruto >= MS Sasuke, and BM Naruto >= EMS Sasuke (the most recent one) by the way they're lined up, respectively. It ends with Sasuke's new Susanoo and Naruto's BM on opposite sides of the page. So Sasuke might not need the Rinnegan or Perfect Susanoo to prove that he can match BM Naruto now? Has Kishi really not made their growth uneven and unbalanced? Kishi strikes again with an underdog move!!?

I would think yes, but Sasuke recently isn't fighting like himself which makes Naruto seriously stronger than him...
If Sasuke fights like he used to fought in Hebi form then maybe his EMS is enough to lose to Naruto high-diff...
