Unfortunately you forget that Barragan's body is physical. That's why soi fon could land her nuke. That's why Barragan was destroyed by his own ability. Barragan would be a cake for Starrk. Did you see how fast he can fire his cero's? Combine that with his wolves = Barragan's death.

Barrangan's Respira is like a smoke. Starrk fires thousands of Cero's at high speeds with no delay. Those Cero's would go right through the Respira cloud. Respira may rot everything, but even rot and decay takes time. Now picture Starrk sending out his wolves, then using Sonido to get to another position and unloading his cero's. Do you really think Barragan would decay ALL of that even though his Respira is released all around him? And it's not like Starrk fires his Cero's in a straight line, he fires them everywhere. And it's not like Cero is a slow moving attack anyway, it's fast and packs a punch.

Do the maths and also back in hueco mundo, before he became an arrancar Stark could kill hollows with his reiatsu. Not 1 other person has killed someone with pure reiatsu.

mate barragan lost to one weak captain and a lieutenant, starkk was able to beat 3 very powerful captains until one came back and eventually beat him because of how tired starrk was and the fact that he got stabbed through the chest by surprise, i think its obvious who is stronger

Hmm, yes, I kinda agree with you there. But when he was fighting Soi-Fon, her hand was rotting away also, but it stopped. I really don't remember what happened in the fight, I just know that Barragan made her hand rot a bit.
