i would say the guidance counselor would be the most help to man he or she should be able to either stop the people from saying/doing things or at the very least remove you from the situation

My family is Native American w/ German, Irish, and French mixed in. One of my cousins looks Asian and people confuse me and a few others for being Hispanic. We're registered (btw thats not funny, if you dont know what it means f*ck off) but alot of our tribe won't accept us bc we're light skinned.

That's actually pretty awesome (having Native American roots).
It's pretty sad that your tribes won't accept you because you're light skinned. Just like my Japanese side (from Japan) doesn't really care much for me because my eyes are blue. :/
