Alright Alright! Lets stop with the horse playing and shall me start?

    O__O

Wait... before we officially start, let me go over some particulars with you. THEN we will start!

    O_<

Let me inform you that my teaching style is a bit different. Mainly I will be going through the jutsu list as I see fit for your training. However it will not be in order as you see it. You will not be performing each jutsu, as all you are doing is reading the description of the jutsu and rewording how you would perform it. I want you to have a basic concept and principal of how to use these jutsu and apply them when you have a battle. The goal is for you to understand the concept, so that you have a better understanding how it works. This is a give and take situation where I will require you to ask me any questions that you might have. If you do not ask question then this training will be pointless for you and for myself. So I ask you to ask questions whenever you have a question, it is an important part of my training. This training style is not meant to be fast, there is no point in rushing through the training. If I feel that you do not have the grasp of a certain concept with this training then I will ask you to do same thing over. So do not be discouraged, I want you to be able to understand what is going on, this is almost a mix of elemental training and battle training put together.

Another note! I briefly mentioned that you will not be performing the jutsu itself, which means I will describe them for you, show you whats going on. We will discuss how to use such jutsu within our battle system here on NB. Situations and concept of how you would use it, it is vital that you understand how it works and when to use it, how to defend as well as creating a strategy. Therefore you would become a better rper. This is more or less like a discussion type training, so please pay attention to what I am asking of you. If you do not understand, ask!

Lastly, If you have not noticed yet, I am a moderator on the base. My time is not too limited, though it will be at times. I ask you please do not vm/pm me about replying to training as I have all the training threads subscribed. I will know when you have replied and I will do so when I have the time. Because of my duties in real life, I have set out a training schedule which I think it’s fair to both you and I. I will post my replies mostly on Tuesday through Thursday, while I will use Monday and Friday for me to have what I call “fun day” for myself. I usually do not log in during the weekends. What I am saying is just expect replies on Tuesdays and Thursdays, I might reply on Mondays and Fridays as well but that is not a guarantee. My GMT is -5, this is just to inform you of my online time. Let me know if you agree!

Ninjutsu: refers to all of the techniques that a ninja can do that would normally be impossible to do (Walking on water, breathing fire etc). Ninjutsu requires chakra moulded differently to be able to use the multitude of techniques out there.

Chakra: is what allows shinobi to use there ninjutsu and elemental techniques. It is composed from ones spiritual and physical energies being mixed into a 50:50 ratio. It can be moulded and manipulated through the users chakra network that runs throughout their entire body and can even be manipulated to mimic one of the five basic elements. Hand seals are commonly used to allow a ninja to effectively gather and control it.

Fuuton/Wind is one of the five basic chakra natures. Wind by its nature has great cutting power, which can be lessened or strengthened by precise chakra control. It seems to be a very rare chakra nature in the Narutoverse.

Wind also makes up the kekkai Tota and the kekkei genkai of Dust and Ice respectively.

Strenghts/Weaknesses Wind is strong against lightning jutsu as wind is a natural insulator. Wind is weak against fire as wind can act as fuel, making fire jutsus stronger. With that weakness being said, many strong combination jutsu exist using wing to strengthen a fire jutsu in both range and power.

Other basic elements are Earth, Water, Lightning and Fire. These can all be used in differing combinations with each other to make up special elements such as Wind and Water making Ice release.

    Indeed we did recently spar.

    *Walks with you*

Well, right from the get go you managed 'push' me around the battle field and I just couldn't recover from that. You used basic techniques to a great effect where I was just going for the strong attacks, without thinking about my strategies.

    Right!

Well, I was a bit stumped as you used lava right from the start. As you know with our rules, I must defend from it and can not use any free form to dodge or block. Naturally it was a good move, though you had a oversight on you're first move. I took advantage of the fact that you had to slam your hands on the ground. Gives me enough time for a simple doton move to throw you off balance. That in itself gave me an opening for my 2nd move which you had to recover from my first. As you are engaged in using lava, I knew you wouldn't be able to just instantly switch to using the earth natural weakness, which is lightning. From that point on i just pressured you must as I could. There were a bit of an error on you're part if i'm not mistaken, though it didn't matter, as you were just being pushed around and it was all gravy for me there.

Eventhough you had mastered lava or almost did, You should try to set up your're moves and think ahead on what I could do to interrupt your move. Be prepared for that. Don't worry too much though all that comes with experience and I have trouble myself with more experienced fighters. Now you know what you did, you can learn from it and I will try to guide you. When answering my question go ahead and think about the way you would use each technique. I will be honest with you, some techniques you will hardly use, some you will use alot. Doesn't mean that the ones you won't use alot are useless. It's there for certain situations and that situation might not come up very often.

Alright, lets have you take a seat right here!

*points to the place i want you to sit*

Meditate for a little while and think about the properties of wind and it's nature. Feel the breeze? Try to mediate with the breeze as I feel as if the breeze will last a while.

*Wind constantly breeze through our little training area*

I'll be back in a little while. Describe everything!

I'm sure there was more than one little error on my part, but I'll fix them with time ^^ Thanks for that btw.

    __________

*sits in the spot pointed out by Vision sempai and begins meditating*

As I sit here and feel the breeze I meditate on what I feel from it. I notice how the wind simply blows around my body, giving me some insight on how it can easily flows around obstacles. Every so often the breeze picks up more so, showing me the way wind can push aside anything too weak to stand against it.

Each little eddy of wind that bounces off my body gives me a little insight on how if these eddies where finer, they would easily be able to cut my skin.

With each direction change in the breeze I can feel how free it is, able to move how ever it wants without anything forcing its path. As I said earlier, it will simply go around anything trying to stop it or push through anything too weak to stop it.

*I continue sitting here meditating until Vision gets back*

    Alright back!

Wind itself is harmless as you might of felt, but a quick gust of wind, or a concentrated wind can be sharp and powerful. Keep that in mind for the next exersize!!

    Takes this leaf!

    *Hands you a leaf*

Concentrate and focus on you're fuuton chakra. Apply it to the leaf and make it thin and sharp! Thus will make the leaf split into half.

    Give it a try!

    *Takes the leaf from Vision*

Alright, I'll see what I can do.

I hold the leaf in between my hands that I've clapped together. I focus my fuuton chakra into my hands, where I concentrate on making it thin and sharp. I do this by concentrating the chakra into a thin line running down the length of the leaf, focusing the wind to press against only that line. With a sudden burst of wind chakra, the leaf splits apart along that line...

    *Leaf shatters into million pieces*

Applied too much sudden burst of chakra. Remember fuuton is an element that takes great precision in chakra control. To be most effective and not hurt yourself, you need the right amount of chakra each and everytime. Now here is another leaf. Turn this leaf into two pieces like i need you to as asked before!

Sorry sempai, I'll be more careful this time.

*brushes the leaf pieces off of me and accepts the new leaf from Vision*

With the leaf being help in between my clapped hands I begin the exercise a new. I concentrate fuuton chakra into my hands, envisioning the wind thinning out to create a fine and precise cutting edge. I then release a controlled amount of fuuton into the leaf, keeping it as thin and sharp as possible, the way I have envisioned it mentally.

After releasing the chakra the leaf has...

Split into about half way but didn't continue through all the way.

Almost there. Try once more with this new piece of leaf! Make sure you put enough chakra into it to tear all the way through and make 2 seperate pieces.

I'll be sure to get it this time!

*accepts the third leaf after discarding the old leaf*

I once again hold the leaf in between my clapped hands. I gather my fuuton chakra and concentrate it into my hands. As I concentrate the fuuton chakra I envision it swirling around, where I then press the swirls together to create a very thin and very sharp edge. I then inject this chakra, keeping the aforementioned mental image in mind as I do this. I am careful to balance the chakra just enough that it won't shatter the leaf and not so little so that it can't cut all the way through.

I then release the chakra, cutting the leaf...

    Great Job!

Alright, for every jutsu I describe and teach you, we will be covering but not limited to these basic principals.

    • Attacking
    • Defending
    • Countering
    • Advantages
    • Disadvantages
    • Effective elemental combination
    • Questions and Answers
Use the following format to reply to training when we start with the jutsu’s unless I ask you something completely different.
    PHP Code:
