I think because we get the manga from Shonen Jump which gets released on Friday.

because it takes a whole team to scan the pages, edit it and add in all the detail. which takes a few days to do

because if it got here any earlier we would have to pay for it because it would send kishi into mass production to finish a chapter in 3-4 days and shonen jump would want compensation for a faster delivery not to mention the translators would either translate loosely or also stick their hand out because of the increased amount of work
