Can you start off by telling me what genjutsu is?

Well genjutsu are techniques that cast the opponent in a illusion. Some require handseals, while some don't. Genjutsu is created be extending the users chakra flow through the cerebral nervous of the opponent. Once in, the user can then control the mind of the opponent, affecting their five senses.
If caught in a genjutsu, their are two options to escape. One of them are stopping the flow of chakra in their body, and then apply a even stronger power to disrup the flow of the enemy's flow. Or the trapped can have an outside chakra source to disrupt the casters chakra flow breaking the genjutsu.

Examples of genjutsu's are: Inzanagi, Kotoamatsukami Demonic Illusion Toad Confrontation Singing etc.

Why does that help to break a genjutsu and what else would work?

Perform one handseal whilst trapping your opponent in a genjutsu. Once the opponent is trapped in the genjutsu you throw a paper bomb towards the opponent which they will see as a clone of you due to the genjutsu. When the clone gets close enough to them, it will explode.

Trap your opponent in a genjutsu where they will see numerous of illusionary clones of yourself emerge from everywhere. When they try to attack the clones, all they will do is multiply. And here I am, thinking one of you is more than enough ;P

I begin by concentrating my chakra in the opponents brain taking control over their senses. Once they are trapped, I perform a single handseal, while throwing a paper bomb directly at the enemy. Since the opponent is trapped in the genjutsu, they believe that their is a clone heading towards them, but in fact its a paper bomb. As the paper bomb reaches the enemy, it detonates.

Adv: Since the enemy thinks its a actual clone, they might run straight towards it, trying to attack it. This'll only lead to the detonation of the bomb.

Dis Low rank, and it only can be done in short range.




( Kasumi Jūsha no Jutsu ) - Mist Servant Technique

I begin by concentrating my chakra in my opponents brain, trapping them inside a genjutsu. While inside the genjutsu, they will begin to see numerous clones of me. The clones then emerge from everywhere. If the opponent attacks the clones, they begin to multiply in numbers.

Adv The clones could be used as distractions, to co-ordinate attacks
Dis: Due to the multiplying of the clones, the opponent can realize its a genjutsu.

Knowing I'm in a genjutsu, I perform a single handseal, while focusing on my chakra to disturb the foreign chakra. This causes my chakra to momentarily stop, allowing my chakra to flow normally again. This successfully breaks me out from the genjutsu.

I would say Nagashi, since it breaks you out of genjutsu up to B rank ( read that somewhere) and any jutsu that uses pain to break you out. such as creating a earth spike that stabs you.

Yes, however there is always a catch with genjutsu. You need to be careful how you bring it. How do you notice you're in a genjutsu? How do you come to a solution, how do you save yourself from your awful faith?!
So be careful with that. You cannot think 'this is a genjutsu' and use nagashi. And be careful with what you use to escape, if you harm yourself to escape, then you will have to deal with the consequences.

Hmmm the opponent might reliase its a illusion, since a fireball that size should give off a large amount of heat. But the heat isn't there, letting the opponent know its a genjutsu.

I begin by focusing my chakra into the opponents brain, trapping them in a illusion. In the gen, the opponent believes that I created a clone. The clone sprints towards the opponent. Once it reaches them, the clone jumps in front of them, exploding in a cloud of cherry blossoms.
This confuses them, allowing me to attack.

I would escape the gen, by using a water jutsuto counter the large fireball. Seeing the water jutsu simply pass through the fireball, I would deduct its a gen, so I stab my thumb, breaking me out from the genjutsu.

The trapped ninja, believes that I am a large willow tree blowing in the wind. I then take advantage of this by sprinting towards my opponent cutting him down.

The opponent will easily be caught in the genjutsu, since they are watching you pull out your sword. They will never suspect you are actually casting a genjustu on them.

It only reaches short range, and the transforming into a tree gives the gejutsu away.

I begin by channeling my chakra into the opponents brain. Once they are caught in the genjutsu, I dissaper in mid air, while several bean vines grow from the ground around them. Binding them in place, while lifting them in the air. I appear from the pod, ready to strike the trapped opponent.
