After reading 599 and 600 I won't be surprised if the man who knows all is non other but Kishi.Both Sasuke and Oro headed up so I think they escaped the manga and will meet Kishi in his office.

I'm with the Idea that it's Sasuke's parents, his dad was the leader of the Uchiha Clan, who would no more about it than him? Plus they have the means to bring them back with Orochimaru back in the picture, I say Sauskes parents will give him some big speech about why He's on the Wrong path and how he shouldn't blame the Leaf for what happened to them and this will change Sasukes mind so he'll help Naruto with the war and die defending him in battle, there's no future for him in the shinobi world he's done too much damage to be forgotten.
