All Bee has been doing by the past 20 chapters (including the Kabuto vs Sasuke and Itachi period) was throwing Naruto, nothing else.

He became slow and crappy. Where is his speed? Or skills at all? He doesn't even get time to speak now. Just let him die.

First, there was no new shield, it was just the tails form Beast Mode.
