Have you not been reading the Manga. Naruto and Killer Bee have been using the Bijuu to access more Chakra. Might Gai and Kakashi have been seen at their limits and have been mentions, but this is a little matter which was confirmed by Kishi. Its doesn't really matter to me personally.
