People also forget that even after Pain took on all of the top ninja of Konaho and used massive amounts of chakra, and even after Naruto shows up fully prepared with 2 sage mode clones waiting in myozubaka (spelling not right at all), Pain still beat Naruto 1v1. Everybody loves to forget how Naruto was pinned down and Pain was about to drag him away until Hinata had to go a nd do something.

We DONT know though what would have happened if she DIDN'T. He still could've gone Kyuubi and broke out of those rods. Unless we are shown the other option we don't know what would have happened. We can make predictions. What you said is like me saying, "Oh Naruto's clones coulda turned into a frog while gathering Natural energy, and Naruto had to concentrate so hard on Sage Mode that he got a headache and that handicapped him...blah blah blah".

The Sannin would win. Easily.

Neither Suigetsu nor Sasuke could defeat Orochimaru, and it's pretty clear that neither Juugo nor Karin could.

Although Sasuke killed Orochimaru, Orochimaru was extremely sick, about to die, etc. Suigetsu was basically captured and experimented upon by Orochimaru for years, he couldn't kill him. And Karin and Juugo also had chances to kill Oro, and didn't.

Orochimaru is only the second strongest sannin. Jiraiya's the strongest, and Tsunade is third strongest. Tsunade's only the third because of her focus on healing jutsus. She's important in that way.

The Sannin would win... I don't feel like doing further analysis
