Sorry but Rinnegan is able to create Chibaku tensei in the size of a Moon. No creature stands even a slight chance against such Gravity. Tsunami's and hurricanes 9tails can cause are only local, and cant be compared to them moon. Assuming other rinnegan abilities, like what kind of Shinra Tensei could a Sage of Si path do, I pick Rinnegan.


But this whole comparison is still just a speculation, we havent seen the full power of EMS, we obsioubly don't know what it gives to the user yet.
