Yes it's only temporary, it's stated in the sub thread. Otherwise after a while dozens or even hundreds would be running around with cyan names and then it just gets confusing.

It varies, there's not really a standard time. You could say around one month or so.

There were some votes deducted and people DQ in both contests due to having matching IP's and fake artworks. I also used my vote to make a difference when there was a draw. This are the end results.

Also I need to say I have put a lot of effort in the Art Contest. I need to continuously twist and turn myself in the most ridiculous positions of which even the Kamasutra would be jealous so that as much people as possible can participate whether it are ink drawings, normal drawings, charcoal drawings, paintings or even graphic tablets and no matter what their subject is -complete nudity as an exception- so that they all have a fair shot of participating and winning. This time I let it slide, but if anyone ever again calls me a cheater in a contest that I organize, that person is going to be banned from all the contests of NB forever with addition of my eternal hatred and I can keep grudges for a very long time. Outside being extremely rude and disrespectful, you also just have proven to be an extremely self-centered, selfish, ignorant with a touch of arrogance dipstick.

Another note: when you see someone cheating or have a very strong suspicion someone is cheating, you send me a PM as why you think that person cheated. However if you're going to start making a ruckus out of it in the thread itself, you're going to be infracted and if you're participating you will be DQ as when you do that you're truly screwing the contest over and it's not the first time that has happened.
I don't mind it if you just point something out in the thread, however if you're going to start again a flamewar in the Art Contest, you're going to be punished. Outside the fact that you are ruining the contest, even more importantly you also start influencing the results of the of the contest.

Final note as I need to study a lot + my mod duties + this kind of cheating situations I'm already behind on my schedule. Keep your eyes open for the 2nd edition of the Art of the Year - contest
