i think since they didnt really focus to much on sasuke for awhile during the battle with pain the probably got it back, but that just my assumption

Hmmm, that's a nice catch.
It could be a mistake in the manga (probly is), or Suigetsu could just be carrying a random sword he bought somewhere. xD
It isn't necessarily Zabuza's.

that doesnt make any sense u cant make a mistake when your the creator especially if it comes out the way you want it to
thats like being in art clas and you want to draw a circle and you do so and it comes out to your liking and some one notices that its not 100 percent circular and they say its a mistake
its not a mistake if its what the creator intended to make
