I realize that everyone is pulling at straws for Tsunade to live right now, and I guess in that regard I'm no different. Though it seems rather odd that she's the one to die.
Considering:
Dan: He asked Tsunade not to come to soon like 5 mins ago.

Katsuyu- Katsuyu has said that she can fix Tsunade

Tsunade- In mangastream translations which are usually more accurate than manga panda Tsunade says my can wait.

Shikkotsu Forest: Two of the sannin were in pursuit of perfection sage mode. It would be a bit odd if the last sage mode wasn't that of the sannins.

And it seems unlikely that Sakura would just up and learn slug sage mode when she's never been shown summoning katsuyu and it hasn't been at least introduced yet.

And Tsunade already had a death scare earlier:

If Tsunade were to die now, it would be quite odd. And from the looks of it Kakashi and Gai are about to die. Which leaves the hidden leaf in a bit of a pickle.

I love Tsunade, but every since she's been introduced it's been hinted that she was going to die. A character with so many burdens, self inflicted at that since she wasn't the cause of their deaths. Then you take her mannerisms and how she never let go even after being hokage, the scene where she's with Jiraya before the Pain fight, it gets clearer.

I can keep going, but this has been comming, it's just been blatant with this ninja war. She's not going to be the only death and thank goodness too. Somehow Naruto is going to be connected to her passing away because each person he lose died putting their faith in him, which Tsunade has done countless times.

If she gets split in half without her creation rebirth seal active and lives after healing the other kages, that is too much, I'm calling troll. I don't want her to die, but I don't see how she could possibly survive when she didn't even have her creation rebirth seal activated.

We don't have a clear view so maybe you are right.
But she should be dead anyway. I think she will sacrifice herself for the other Kages. If you think about it Tsunade doesn't have much more to give in the series.

I so hope she will survive for at least abit longer. If she was just meant to die, it would already be over. Kishi is keeping it secretly for a reason. She is not done yet.

I for one doesn't want her to perish, wouldn't serve much purpose, other than more character deaths. If they kept the Kages, they could advance the story even further by letting them choose who the next one is
