Lance: -stops and sees a rather large lion-looking creature- Perfect....-jumps into tree branch, preparing to pounce on it-

Lance: -ducks, the claw barely misses his jugular vein in his neck-

Lance: -jumps into tree, making it hit its head- Come on! My grandmother couldve caught me by now! -jumps down but she see him wince as he lands and he stumbles-

Creature: -sees him stumble and charges him while he's off balance-

Lance! *jumps in between the creature and Lance, facing the creature, the creature stops and if looks at me, my eyes go black as night as I flicker* Leave. *the creature stops and turns to walk away*

*begins to stir, moving slightly in sleep, nightmare again, then quickly shoot up as if screaming but no sounds, turns to see Lance and acts as if nothing had just happened* Lance...what's wrong?
