Starts off with Tsuchi-kage (Earth/Soil-kage) - he's actually a small old man.
He's a stubborn old man that apparently threw out his back trying to hold his baggage on his own.
He has two companions - Aka-Tsuchi (red-soil) and Kuro-Tsuchi (Black-soil). (of the companions - the man looks like Anpanman, the woman looks like Anko with a little bit of weight.)

To the summit
Mizu-kage (water) looks like a Tsunade with a different hairstyle.
She is with a man called "Ao" (Blue) and one of the Seven Swordsmen.
The young one was being lectured for lacking patience - and the young one misunderstands being "late" to be associated with a delayed pregnancy. The pretty-looking one tells him to shut up and threatens him. (Translator's note: Just appears to be a semi-comedic exchange amongst them)

Rai-kage (thunder) says this guy's a good, passionate guy. As he says "Let's GOOOO!" He blasts through the room and makes his departure.

To Naruto. Naruto brings them (presumably the two Kumogakure-nins) to an isolated place and is told to give them information about Sasuke. But Naruto refuses to sell Sasuke out...
If you kill Sasuke - our village will retaliate and the endless chain of hate will perpetuate.
Then what should we do with the hate that WE harbour? (again, presumably the two Kumogakure-nins)
And Naruto's answer: you can keep hitting me until you're satisfied --> Naruto gets a beating

To Danzou

Ne (Root-anbu): Anko has two monitoring her - shall we go forward?
Danzou: Right now is an important time - we can't afford to do that now.
More importantly, we need to find Kabuto (He may know my connection with Orochimaru).
We need the medical data and experimental information from Orochimaru's work - that should be our priority.
Since he may have information that may be useful to my right eye and right hand...

ANOTHER SPOILER:

*Starting with the Tsuchikage – the Tsuchikage is a little old man

He’s a stubborn old man who throws his back out trying to carry his own bags

The old man is followed by two people named Akatsuchi and Kurotsuchi (one is male and one is female – the man looks like Anpanman and the woman looks like a rougher version of Anko)

And they make their way to the 5-kage Meeting

Next is the Mizukage who looks sort of like Tsunade only with a different hairstyle

She is followed by some guy Ao and one of the Seven Swordsmen as they too head off to the 5-kage Meeting

Presumably Mizukage’s two followers are talking: “Kids these days just don’t have enough patience” and “If you keep lecturing like that we’ll be late”

But the Mizukage misheard them and thought that they said that she’ll be too late/old to marry anyone (the Mizukage hears 婚期 (“konki”) = a person’s marrying age instead of 根気 (“konki”) which means perseverance/patience and also hears the word “late”)

The Mizukage then says – “Shut up, I’ll kill you”

Then there’s the Raikage who is super pumped and says “Let’s gooooo!” and likely crashes right through the wall of the room he was in as they leave

Then on to Naruto

Naruto takes Samui/Omoi/Karui to a less popular area. They tell him to cough up everything he knows about Sasuke but he won’t sell Sasuke out…

He gives them the old “If you kill Sasuke then you’ll be throwing the chains of hatred on the people of both villages” line.

So they ask,” Well then what should we do about our hatred?”

Naruto’s answer is that they can beat the crap out of him until they feel better -> which leads to Naruto punching bag time

Then the chapter switches to Danzou　

Root Member: “We have two members following Anko, should we (presumably attack/kill her)?

Danzou: Right now is an important time. If we did that then things would get more difficult.

Focus instead on finding Kabuto (He might know my connections with Orochimaru…)

Searching for the medical data he has accumulated thus far as well as documents on Orochimaru’s experiments take top priority.

The swordman's name is Choujuurou. The elders say that Mizukage will be safe with a swordman as escort but Choujuurou seems to lack confidence in his strength and wonder if they will be alright. However the Mizukage say that she chose him to be her escort because he is strong and he should be more confident. Choujuurou then think Mizukage is really nice.

Its not about Sasuke doing something for him. He's saying if they kill Sasuke then the village will not like it, because he is their missing-nin. This could start a war. Also if another village kills Sasuke, they could get access to the "secrets of the village" or whatever.

It's the exact opposite. They're labeled missing-nin so that their ties with their designated village can be righteously cut should they commit a crime in the future. They're usually targets of elimination too, if they hold valuable information.

"Their" missing-nin? If Tsunade had labeled him a missing-nin to begin with, they wouldn't have been in this struggle with the cloud right now.

How's he ever going to be intelligent if he keeps letting people hit him in the head. No wonder Sasuke is still so far ahead of him when it comes to intelligence.

Yeah, well.. unlike Naruto he wasn't born stupid, it's obviously in him to be like that >_>. Naruto shows a level head and a calm determined personality from time to time, I just wish we could see more of it and less of his stupid "comical relief" moments.

Already said this. If Sasuke was hunted, his body would hold secrets unique to Uchiha clan members and the Sharingan eye. He's an idiot who doesn't see the bigger picture. That other female cloud shinobi is already getting information on Sasuke, and Raikage plans on killing him no matter what. If the Raikage orders those 2 cloud shinobis who are currently beating Naruto, if he asks them to kill Sasuke they will have to obey, making Naruto's efforts worthless. That's why I think Naruto is really dumb, they're still going to try killing Sasuke anyway.

Tsuchikage-sama is a short old man

Kurotsuchi: "Then it's 'bout time you retire, right ya old fart? Don't go on dragging out your glory days."

Kurotsuchi's face looks like a mishmash of Anko and Sai

Akatsuchi: "Ahahaha! And I'll carry Tsuchikage-sama's baggage for him!"

Akatsuchi's body is huge and his face is like Anpanman's

Tsuchikage: "Leave it be! I don't want your help, Akatsuchi!"

He goes to carry the box like a backpack but then his back goes *crack*

Ao: "I got it."

Ao has an eyepatch over the right eye with clothes like Shizune, and chestnut-shaped hair

Mizukage: "Chourou-sama*, I will do a proper job going forward and representing the name of the Mizukage."

Raikage: "Still no contact with Samui's platoon?"

Personal assistant(?): "Yes sir, though I do think it will only take a little while longer for some contact. Besides, Raikage-sama, Samui has been notified in advance of the route to the conference. Either way, a messenger bird should be coming since there's no contact during their trip."

Raikage: "AL-RIGHT we good now? It's time for me to make my way over there! Come on, Shii, Darui! Time to roll!"

Long story short: Shii's the white ninja, and Darui's the black ninja. "Shii" could be as in the letter "C". "Darui" is written in katakana but it could mean "sluggish, slow, heavy, etc."

Shii: "Hah!"

Darui: "Ossu"

Raikage: "Follow me!"

He goes out of his way to make a gaping hole in the room, in his rush to get out. (lol kinda like Shuuzou Matsuoka)

Personal assistant(?): "*Huff* Not again!"

Shii: "Let's go Darui"

Darui: "Uh no. Usually I leave through the door...now you're tellin' me to go on ahead just so we can catch up to him.."

4th part
Choujuurou's katana aren't shown completely

However, even counting the two katana he carries, there's also a cord or something strapped to his body which has something like nunchuks attached

He's in front of a small cabin

(Pushed) to the wall by Karui

But if you let hatred take its' course and manage to kill Sasuke, next time my companions won't take it lying down and they may answer you back the same way! You'll just open up a whole vicious cycle! Companions having to protect one other will (get involved), so it'll just end up with you killing each other off!"

Omoi just keeps silent, listening

Karui: "The one who started it all in the first place was your precious Sasuke! As if I give a shit about him! I'm gonna kill him!"

Omoi: "So... what should we do with the hatred that we carry? How do we demand accountability?!"

Naruto is dejected

Naruto: "...Then just knock me around till you're satisfied. That's the only thing I can offer-"

Karui gives him a straight right hook

Karui gives him a beating, looks like he's been hit by a freight train* [trans note: idiomatic expression. literally as if Naruto was taken to horseback riding]

Karui: "Don't go spouting off whatever suits you! We'll try it out and see whether or not this can satisfy us! Koraa!"

NAME CLARIFICATIONS:

Tsuchikage's escorts:

Akatsuchi (赤ツチ) - The huge guy with the goofy face. His name means "red earth".

Kurotsuchi (黒ツチ) - The woman. Her name means "black earth".

Mizukage's escorts:

Choujuurou (長十郎) - The teenager and one of the Seven Swordsmen. His name is a type of Asian pear, which ties in with the surnames of Zabuza, Kisame, and Suigetsu, which are also named after fruits (Momochi = peach, Hoshigaki = persimmon, Hoozuki = winter cherry).

Ao (青) - The older guy. His name means "blue". His name and clothing are very similar to Haku's (Haku (白) means "white").

Raikage's escorts:
Shii (シー) - White guy. Shii (シー or しー) isn't a Japanese name or word at all, so I couldn't really come up with a concrete etymology. Could be a western word/name, or stylized from shii (しい), but that would just be speculation.

Darui (ダルイ) - Black guy. Darui (だるい) is Japanese for slow or sluggish, which seems to match up with what personality can be seen, since he talks slowly or in a laid back way.
