These are my top legendary ninja of all time.Inthis list i included how powrful they are,What they achieved,And they got those achievments,And how well they are known
1.Nagato-unlike any ninja on this list he defeated the most ninja EVER! He managaed to run his village and destroy two others while running his own organization.(Amegakure,Konoha). He was powerful he considered a myth even in his own village.

2.Hashirama-Though he may not be the most powerful ninja on thius list when it comes to raw power he did managae to sealall the bijuu and give them to oher countries.

3.Madara-obvious reasons

4.3rd Raikage-I know people are gonna get upset over this but out of eveyrone thism list the Raikage has the most raw power. He very powerful at all ranges. He has his lightning armor which coudldnt be penetrated by naruto rasengan and was slightly penetrated by chidori. He has his lightning finger jutsu which was said to be the strongest penetrating jutsu.He was as fast as Naruto and he has Black lightning for mid-long range Combat. He tied with a bijuu without using any eye techniques or sealing justu but just with raw power.

5.Minato-Defeated a 50 man army,Saved his village,Created the fastest space ime jutsu ever.

6.Naruto,Bee- Naruto for obvious reasons. But i put Bee up here just because he was the first person to ever master bijuu powes without any seals or genjutsu. He also has n almost unbeatable kinjutsu that almost killed sasuke. And he has plenty of power. We have all seen what 6 tails naruto can do. Imagine Bee in 7 tails mode when he has been doing this for years.

7.Orochimaru-When it comes to power he is the weakest on this list. But what he achieved so far is ridiculous. He tricked the Sand into fighting the leaf,Killed two kages,Basically had his own Curse mark army, Found a way for people to have wood release,Yamato,Edo madara. And his smarts are way beyond anyone on this list. He has Scientific smarts, Battle smarts, And can basically read your mind.

8.Sasori/Deidara I know everybody isnt going to like this so ill provide proof. But these two ninja have created the most unbeatable techniques to exist. Kishimoto had to play all the cards against them just for them to lose. Sasuke had the sharingan to see the bombs underground and nano bombs,Incredible speed to dodge the bombs and Lightining. There is no other ninja that could have survive in the same situation sasuke was in. Even if any ninja got past the bombs underground they definitely would have lost against his Nano Bombs.
Every ninja has to breathe.There is no exception. Even i you could sense them or see them with the sharingan. Sasuke only saw a cloud of chakra he didnt know they was nano bombs. Even if ninja decided to hold his breathDeidara could still go after them with a regular bomb.

There is no way any ninja could hold his breath while fighting.(have you ever tried holding your breath while running) And he is invunerable against even the uchiha's genjutsu(since he trained his eye)http://www.narutobase.net/manga/Naruto/360/17. He mnaged to trick Garra,Sasuke, Adnthe tsuchikage http://www.narutobase.net/manga/Naruto/249/17 this proves Deidara is far from dumb and is a fast thinker

Sasori-Sasori has the power of the 3rd Kazekage's iron sand which is the most powerful technique ever to exist in the Sand village.
He can control 100 puppets at once all with different weapons. And canuse fire and water techniques.But his most dangerous tool is his poison. His poison drops people in mere seconds. Not minutes but seconds! The poison is one every single knife,sword,bit of iron sand,and every other weapon he has. There are very few ninja who can last aginst Sasori without getting scratched or cut. Even a tiny amount of poison will slowthe enemie down which will lead to more cuts.

9.Hiruzen/Onoki-Even though we havent seen much from him. I can figure out anyone else who deserves to be on this list.
Though Onoki isnt known very well after this ar everybody wll know his name. He has mastered four elements(Fire,wind,earth,and dust) And he has his weith changing jutsu. He managed to stop all the susanoo. His dust technique can destroy nything including Susano. Can fly and was able to stop a meteorite. He did all this while being way older than hiruzen.We all seen how difficult it was for Hiruzen. Im wlling to bet he would be able to beat EMS Madara if he was in his prime.

10.4th Mizukage-Managed to have complete conrol over his bijuu...couldnt think of anyone else.

Hashirama should be on top. He fought against both Madara and the 9 tails together and he won. Obviously, he's way stronger than Nagato. Most characters are judged by "We haven't seen much feats from them" but that doesn't matter cos there's an impression created on them by their history and, well, I just mentioned one of Hashirama's battles that made history. And of course, that's notthe only battle he fought in his life, he's a ninja.

I felt like puting him tied wih the fourth mizukage. But i felt like we havent seen enough from him to be compared to the fourth mizukage. Sure he did create edo tensei but what good did it do if he didnt finish it or use it. We dont even know who he used it on.For all we know he could only revived a bunny(joke) and then decided i shouldnt be used. WE havent seen his space time ninjutsu. We havevery little from the 4th Mizukage but he does have huge reputation as one of the first to control his bijuu.And with the bloody mist.

Yeah, he did that with the help of paths, he couldn't do that on his own. Naruto ended up defeating all his paths but Hashirama's ninja life was flawless. If Hashirama were a villain, he could obviously impact extra damage than what Nagato did; He created the Hidden Leaf Village, he can easily destroy it. He shared the bijus he controlled within different villages, if he were a villain, imagine what he would use them to do...heh?

You're on the right track. I like that you mention people like Sasori and Deidara. They were physically weak in relation to other overpowered characters, but they had weapons that
could kill about anyone with ease, even many really strong characters.

And your comment on Oro is spot on. His weapons/strengths are his great tenacity, intelligence and time itself. Over time Oro will only get stronger. He's the single character with the absolute most potential in Naruto. Imagine
how powerful he will be in 100 years if no one stops him.
