Minatos reign as hokage & team minato timelines

i was rechecking chapter 599 and it hit me...minato had already been apointed yondaime hokage prior to the 3rd ninja war.actualy he was apointed during the time of kakashis chunnin graduation age that would be around 24 years ago(assuming now is the time of the 4h war)(databook info:kakashi became chunnin at six years old)or 19 years ago if u count the age rin and obito became chunnin based oppon chapter 599 and the databook.
now interesting assuptions...the kyubi atack was 16 years ago...kakashi is currently 30 years old so is obito(databook stats again)that would mean at the time of the kyubi atack bough of them were 14 years old...kakashi gaiden happened wen they had 13 that means roughly 6 to 12 months separated bough events(note:man obito evolved alot)
either minato was hokage for less than a year or he was for roughly 7,2 or 12 months or less...
what do u guys think?

if he was hokage when kakashi was chunin that means he is hokage for more than 8 years right

doing my maths...roughly 7 years tops....he was already known as the fearfull yellow flash

i believe minato was oppointed hokage during that war as he says to A that next time they meet they will be putting the title of kage on the line

but we don't know when i mean at what time it happened , it may not be a war just a confrontation between them
