Why tobi send sasuke after the hokages ????? if hokana is in such bad shape i don't get it this is the best time to attack naruto and take the the 9 tails

one other thing he acts as hi did not know that danzo is the new hokage but he knows about
the meeting of the hokages so is he just puting and show in from of sasuke ???? and zensu in it to . and to control sasuke i think . cuz he even said it that he can control sasuke

2. It was Sasuke who wanted to kill the elders , that's why he went to Konoha , Tobi did not ordered him that

3. Tobi came to tell Sasuke that he failed on capturing 8-tails, so he still has to do something good for Akatsuki . So Tobi told that it's no use to go to Konoha now , it's better to go to Kage meeting and kill Danzo - that's what Sasuke wants .
