Can't upload picture files. NEED HELP D:

I need major help. For the past 2/3 days I haven't been able to upload any drawings or pictures on any sites. Photobucket, tinypic, DA and shit. No matter what size or file. D:

With photobucket....
1. It will load half way and stop...
2. Won't load at all
3. Or it'll say unknown error.


With tinypic...
1. It'll say error 503
2. Or page cannot be displayed


With DeviantART it'll be in the loading process foreverrr and not load the picture so I can click it and upload it on the site.

Things I have tried.
1. Refreshing the page
2. Restarting the computer.
3. System restore
4. I even tried to disable my nortorn internet firewall for an hour and at first it worked on tinypic for one picture and then nothing else and the other sites still aren't allowing me to upload pics either.


Does anyone know what the problem may be? It is HIGHLY frustrating and I don't know what to do. I have dial up, but I never had this problem in the years I have had it. D:

You mean like to Jpeg, Png etc? If so I already tried. D: No dice.

503 is a service unavailable error, but it sounds like it's simply timing out. Go to www.myobokuzan.org/NB and see if you can upload a photo. If you can't, let me know and I'll look through my logs and see what the problem is. I'd suggest creating or finding an extremely small file size and giving that a shot.

Alright I tried loading pictures on the site.

The first one I tried was one of my drawings that was about 210kb and a png file. That didn't work because it was still trying to load 10 minutes and it just now went to "internet explorer cannot be displayed."

Sooo I did the thing you said and made a random smaller picture. One that was 254X199 with the size of 15.6kb That however worked. >~<

Not really sure for your operating system, but you can try opening another site in a new tab or new window and manually surfing around while the file is uploading. You could also just find a site that is constantly refreshing itself.
