How do I manga color?

You need some sort of photo manipulation program.

Try Gimp or Photoshop CS5.

I have gimp 2.6 just dont know how to.

GIMP is what I use and I find it fairly easy, but manga colouring really makes time go fast, I sat for like 4 hours colouring something, then realised it was crap and deleted it

But all you do is get a scan of Naruto for example, then get the brush and start colouring it in with certain colours, its not hard.

I use photoshop just google some tutorials it helps.

i have 2.8 but it won't let use any picture i have saved to my computer anyone know why?
