Should I read "A Game of Thrones" or "Catching Fire?"

I don't see how you could go wrong w/ either, but I would definitely finish one series before starting a new one.

Game of Thrones by a long shot. The Hunger Games series is a flaming load of crap that was written poorly, has a generic, terrible story line, and is in the same vein of literature as twilight. A terrible tween novel, this one fulfilling the role of making the idiots who read these books believe they actually read something worthwhile.

Well, that explains why I love Hunger Games so much.

To some extent I can see and agree with what you're saying but I don't think to praise one book you need to insult another. Not like that at least.
I recommend Game Of Thrones.Although I don't see why you just can't read both. Game of Thrones is better because of the complication of the entire story, it's not gonna be one person, one place, you're switching between these people, there's emotion running from all over, plots, battles and wars... the more complexed the story, the more incredible the read, well that's my opinion personally
