My friends always say that Naruto is faster than Minato after the recent episode but how can he be faster if he cant travel through Space + Time?
Naruto is like A he's just fast on his feet with KM & BM legitimately he CANNOT teleport so can someone please tell me how he's faster :/ ?

Normal movement cant be faster than teleportation, even if we are talking about speed of light. Minatos FTG is just restricted, he can only teleport to his seals, while guys like Naruto or A can dash to any place they wants to.
