I am currently studying Java but also started with C and I wondered if there's anyone who would suggest a good forum for programmers (newbegginers) so it would be easier for me to improve myself.

This leads to advertising other forums, which is not allowed.
You're old enough to use a search engine like google or bing for stuff like this. Especially if you're learning stuff like that, you should know how to use them!
