Page 15, the right Zetsu body looked like something you could "wear". Obito is probably wearing that "Zetsu suit".

By his eyes Borrowed he means that they are his brothers eyes comon guys you do recall he was going blind you know.. and in my opinion he lost one of his eyes because he used izanagi to escape his near death experience from the 1st hokage.

Madara gave HIS eyes to nagato. And when u have mnko sharinggan u don't lose it. They who the fight with madara and the first hokage on ultimate ninja storm generations and he uses izanagi and kept both eyes. Check it out it was an epic fight

Hi all,

Long time lurker, 1st time poster.

I have some questions about this chapter....regarding the overall timeline now that we have a little more information about Obito/Tobi

Timeline:
Event 1: Kakashi Chronicles - Obito is crushed by boulder. Aprox age 12(?) Assuming same age as Kakashi (who is now 30) this happened 18(?) years ago
Event 2: The flashback of this chapter which appears to be leading to some sort of training for Obito to become Tobi/Madara
Event 3: Tobi attacks Konoha with the nine tails and fights the 4th Hokage on a near even level. Since Naruto is now 16 years old we know this happened 16 years ago
Event 4: Tobi & Itachi slaughter the Uchiha. Aprox 12(?) years ago. Maybe later

Question: How did Obito/Tobi grow so quick & fast to get on an even level with the 4th Hokage and pull off controlling the nine tails. Just two years after the Kakashi chronicles. Plot hole, or a direct correlation to what happened between him and Madara during those two years in between those events.

Masked man uses the chain as his tool, when fighting Minato.
Madara use fan. n Obito is not carrying the chain.
So there could be the 3rd masked man, who!!!!

The only reason would be that Tobito awakened the MS while he was getting crushed by the rocks. Madara says that if it was like he slipped through the rocks. And he got stronger so quickly by knowing about Rin's death thus motivating him to follow Madara's plan. All this may sound to be a load of crap (I find it myself hard to believe too), but it would be either that or a plot hole.

Maybe Madara casted a genjutsu on obito, giving tobi powerful abilities + experience. Thus, obito got the eye off uchiha madara.

what I don't understand is that.... how was Obito fighting the 4th hokage and how did he capture the nine-tails?.... he should've been only like 15 or so.... how did he get so much taller and stronger in such a short amount of time?

i completely agree. Orochimaru has more to do with everything than we know. In the end we will find out he is the one who tied this whole thing together.

Wow! Where to start? I guess i will start by giving this weeks chapter a 5/5 for sure!!! As far as my predictions go i seem to have a strong feeling that Sasuke revived Orochimaru to show him the location of the "holder" of Madara's "eyes" as he states "No.. I left my real eyes to someone else" and that's how the whole Sasuke, Orochimaru secret scroll side story will get tied in with everything else!

I liked this chapter. It showed the vulnerability of Madara and showed that he is a nice person, to the Uchiha. But at the same time it showed that he is also a manipulator who uses situations to his advantage. It also showed how stupid Obito is because only an idiot would try to escape with half a body(Naruto would do the same thing too). And it showed all the Nagato butt buddies that Nagato's Rinnegan is Madara's(like most of us logical people to you guys). It also showed that Obito has Hashirama's cells inside him so that's going to add a new dimension to the battle(when we get back to it since we still have to see Sasuke, Suigetsu and Oro's parts) All in all I rate this a 4/5. It misses 1 star because Obito is insufferable in this chapter.

I give the chapter 1/5 for the same reason you love it, I hate it. The Idea that a garbage Uchiha like Obito just being able to use his sharingan, was able to skip pass stage two sharingan to MS, is Kishi reaching to try to make the story connect and make this awful plot make sense. And on top of that he went to the darkside for one girl, who wasn't his girl, intern turning his back on his village, clan and believe's(Itachi & Sasuke back story make way more sense for them to go to the darkside). People still complain about Sasuke turning evil(and I hope he stay evil, because I don't know where Kishi is about to go with Sasuke character), even with his whole family, clan and him being order to be kill by his brother(who love him more than anything) from the village elder's and than hating and killing his brother, because the village lie about what happen(I don't care what country you belong to, your hate that country for what it did to you).

You make it sound like child prodigies don't appear randomly in Naruto.

OH WAIT...They do...like every arc there is some orphan who couldn't throw a kunai for his/her life and suddenly because of some plot no jutsu they can beat experienced ninja's to death.

What Obito did was exactly what Naruto did in the beginning of the series. Accomplishing an extremely difficult and dangerous jutsu on his first try (Shadow clones anyone? That justu was hidden in a freaking scroll, and yet, NARUTO, who couldn't make ONE clone for his life, MASTERS IN IN ONE GO. )

Madara definently left Nagato his Rinnegan so that he could use it to revive Madara in his prime. It was obito's job to make sure it goes that way, but Naruto used his Rank-S jutsu "Talk you out of evil no jutsu" to make Nagato a good guy again, so using madara's rinnegan nagato revives the whole leaf village, when that Justu was supposed to be used to revive madara. Obito was scared of the coffin being showed because he was using Madara's name to put fear into people's heart. He didnt want his secret being blown!

Did u notice in the chapter it said Kushina would give birth in 8 months? How did Obito get that strong and tall in 8 months? Maybe I misunderstood the chapter idk... thats what I get for reading this at work lol

Half his body got crushed, and Madra said he stuck a lump of goo on Obito.

I'd say that might add some height. As for experience, I'm sure Madra knows a way how to condense a lot of training in a short amount of time.

The idea that a garbage uchiha Obito could have just release his sharingan, than skip pass stage two sharingan to open his MS power kamui and stoping himself from being fully mash by the rocks, is a dumb and awful reach by Kishi to make the story and plot make sense and connect. Kishi should have just made Madara save Obito some how since it happen above his hide out.
