[Theory] Madara killed Uchiha Clan

From this manga we know:

1. Madara gave his sharingan to someone else - The guy who controlled 2nd mizukage
2. Madara needed help and was fortunate obito was near his hideout
   1. Madara needed more sharingans
   
   

Madara used someone else apart from tobi and either this guy betrayed him or got killed.
By the time obito fully recovered the war was over and he probably saw rin die which is what made him change. He probably just wanted to help madara to get out of there initially but when he saw rin die he started to hate everyone and followed madaras plan.

Obito probably encouraged the uchiha clan to fight the leaf and then told danzo the plan so the leaf could kill the uchihas. part of the deal was danzo would get some eyes and obito the rest.

When sasuke meets obito at the hideout it shows obito has hundreds of sharingans.

Madara awakened the renigan and then gave it to nagato because at that time he was the only young uzumaki without any allegance to any groups then help them set up akatsuki.


Some of these theories i already mentioned before but no one agreed with me.

Impossible, he wasn't able to leave that cave after his fight with Hashirama.

He somehow had enough strength to get to the cave. He must have been there for 30 or 40 years i am sure he was not that weak but someone mustve came into the cave like obito did.

Listen jiraya met nagato sometime after the war ended. The war is still going on while obito recovers. Madara still hasnt awakend the reningan because he does that before he dies. Hence nagato does not have the renigan yet.

Jiraiya met Nagato during the 2nd war.And we all know Nagato had the rinnegan at that time.
Obito met Madara during the 3rd war.

conclusion: Nagato is couple of years older than Obito and had the rinnegan before little Obito met Madara....

But then it does not add up because madara said he awakened the renigan just before he died. unless someone else another uchiha showed him how to activate it and madara killed him.
