How did Madara know?

Madara said that Obito passing through the rocks was a miracle and he just happened to coincidentally be laying in the underground passage. Kishi's answers seem to give us more questions. If Madara is telling the truth and doesn't know that Obito has Kamui and it is pure coincidence that Obito made his way down to the underground passage then I guess Madara is up to something else in the underground passage. My guess is that he's perfecting the Zetsu formula and is doing something with the Gedo Mazou. The fact that Madara's influence over Obito is just a coincidence through Obito's kamui seems like a bit of a cop out from Kishi. I would have thought that Madara would have planned to get his hands on a young Uchiha with such potential.

It's been proven Madara seems to have some straight way of foreseeing how things will be playing out in his favor. Best we can do is yell at each other to see who is the least wrong.

its not kamui as u can see he doesnt have the MS yet and he doesnt use MS to faze through attacks as it is..... its probs just a special property of his sharingan

Some property of his sharingan thats at least simmirlar to kamui, Kishi did say he slipped away from the boulders.

sometimes to keep the story moving you have to just have coincidental things happen, and we the readers have to just accept it otherwise the flow of the story will become dry, trying to explain every last thing that happens, just accept that for tobi to be obito he had to meet madara somehow and for that to happen it would of had to of been after his 'death' under the boulder.

your thinking too much of it. madara actually says "because you were hurt others were saved" you should read the new releases on manga stream better translations.... this is a really generic statement that could be put in any sense. and no kamui is a MS tech as you see he has no MS his sharingan tech is prably space time and not genjutsu? that's my guess.

It doesn't say it directly, but Madara says "It's a miracle you weren't crushed by the giant rock. It's almost as if you slipped right through it" Which implies that he used Kamui.
