Sasuke might activate his Rinnegan, but like the Madara (pre-impure world) he won't be able to use it either. The Rinnegan drains the life force of the user. That's why Madara gave to Nagato who is an Uzumaki. Nagato died looked older than Jiraiya, who was a lot older.

Everyone to ever use the Rinnegan had a Senju/Uzumaki powerup:
--The Sage of Six Paths "evil" son inherited the eyes of the Sage but he still had the same DNA as his brother.
--Nagato is an Uzumaki. Shouldn't need to explain that one.
--Tobi/Obito is half Zetsu. Zetsu is made from Senju DNA
--Impure world Madara has the face of Hashirama Senju growing out of his shoulder.

Sasuke can possibly awaken the Rinnegan but he won't be able to use it without a Senju/Uzumaki powerup... Sorry

Madara had senju DNA, so even if draining was an issue, that would have solved it.

Senju DNA does not equal Uzumaki DNA.
Senju has the chakra to awake the Rinnegan and use it.
Uzumaki has the life force to live to tell about it.
Madara was already 100,000 years old. No life let. But Edo Madara doesn't have that problem.

So if indeed the rinnegan is handed to sasuke he will find a way to be able to use it. He's right. But hes talking about "Identical DNA". Even though you share similar DNA patterns and strands as your parents, Your DNA is not an identical copy of your parents. otherwise you would look EXACTLY like your mom or dad.

That was because he used Rinne Tensei and he used the Soul Dragon from Gedo Mazo..as long as you don't use those Jutsu it won't drain your life.

Please dont forget karin is an uzumaki and sasuke has been drinking her chakra for a while now!!

Also juugo gave so much life force to sasuke that juugo himself turned into a little kid so anything is possible they may even say sasuke has enough "uzumaki" chakra and juugos clan lifeforce which allows them to sage while moving, to just rinnegan at any given moment

I hope to Kishi lol that Sasuke doesnt get the Rinnegan. If Sasuke is the one to surpass Madara and become the greatest Uchiha in history getting the Rinnegan will ruin that for me. The next level of the sharingan after EMS IS THE RINNEGAN... It was stated in the manga.
