Gooodie 0^O now take the Lotsu position over there and try to begin regulating your chakra all around your body,all the way till you can feel the heat building up to a point.After yoi reach the peak of focus,slowly balance your chakra into a ratio of 7:3 which should produce a small ember on your head for a start

I start by taking the lotus position and start to maneuver a good amount of my katon chakra through out my body, I continue doing this for a small amount of time till the point I am sure that I have reached the highest temperature possible, I than start to use a small proportion of my chakra and start to maker embers to come out my head........
