Sasuke is could beat Hiruzen, end of story.

1. Sasuke is superior in taijutsu.With his sharingan, he would read all of his movements.

On th other hand Hiruzen has Enma. He can use him as a... ummmm... a stick?? Dont know what to call it.

Yes, a staff. He can also summon enma in monkey form. This would help him out in taijutsu. But Sasuke would just use Susanoo or Blaze Release to counter.

2. Sasuke has the upper hand in ninjutsu. Sasuke has his fire relase and his chidori and chidori variants. However Hiruzen knows every jutsu in the leaf village. But does the village really have any OP jutsu's?? Everyone makes their own jutsu because the village jutsu's are for fodders. But he can make kage Bunshins. But Sasuke has Susanoo. Unless he has a magical chimera, he's not getting past Susanoo. And susanoo arrow kills his kage bunshins.

Susanoo arrow is super fast, you wont dodge it without Sage mode

3. We dont know if Hiruzen has any OP genjutsu's. But Sasuke has shown Tsukoyomi, and we have yet to see his EMS prowress. It is Itachi's eye, he cant possibilly not have inherited some sharingan genjutsus. He even has shown some awesome genjutsu already.

So over all, Sasuke is better. Theres no way he will lose to Hiruzen. Hiruzen is probably the weakest kage
