Looks: Tobirama was characterised by his white shaggy hair, red eyes and three red streaks- two under his eyes and one on his chin. His outfit consisted of blue armour and a forehead protector which was modelled to resemble a face guard. The outfit underneath his armour, had a white fur collar. Outside of his shinobi outfit Tobirama wore a simple blue shirt kimono held closed by a pale yellow sash and pants with mesh armour underneath, completed with a bracelet of sorts on his left hand.
Personality: Tobirama took great pride in his abilities. He also had a sense of humour, even under stressful situations. Like his brother, Tobirama felt a great deal of loyalty to the village, and placed its well-being above his own. Tobirama was also described as being strong-spirited, and passionate.

Background Info.
History: He was known for revolutionising the ninja system by establishing organisations such as the Academy, ANBU, as well as the Konoha Military Police Force — a judicial system for the village which he had the Uchiha govern, as a sign of trust. He also believed greatly in the Will of Fire of the village, which he passed on to the next generation.

Somewhat conversely, he was also responsible for the creation of Summoning: Impure World Resurrection technique, which has been used by the traitors of Konoha: Orochimaru who used the technique to battle his teacher Hiruzen in an attempt to destroy the village, and Kabuto Yakushi who used it to aid in the war that Akatsuki had waged against the Five Great Shinobi Countries. Despite this, he is still revered as a powerful shinobi and Hokage, but still cursed for his creation of the Summoning: Impure World Resurrection technique.

As the Second Hokage, Tobirama was undoubtedly an immensely powerful shinobi. He was the creator of the Summoning: Impure World Resurrection technique; however, some time after its creation he labelled it as a kinjutsu and never mastered it himself, though he did use it enough for it to be recognised by other Kage. By simply touching the ground with his index finger, he could detect the presence and number of enemy shinobi. According to Minato, Tobirama was also very skilled in Space–Time Ninjutsu.

Sword of the Thunder God:

The sword glowed bright yellow and was apparently infused with pure electrical energy, hence its name. The blade was unusual in that, though it appeared to retract into or emanated from the hilt or crossguard like a lightsaber (and producing the same sound), it was apparently solid and subject to stressing and being shattered when sufficient force was applied. The forces required were extraordinary, however, as a weakness in the blade had to be created first with a sustained attack from Sasuke Uchiha's Chidori, an extremely powerful lightning based attack itself, and then in order to actually break the sword it needed to be struck with Naruto Uzumaki's Rasengan in the exact weak point that was created.
